O'Donohue and her Australian over 35 team lost 0-1 to England in the tournament final in Terrassa, Spain.

The tournament featured Australia, English, Spain, New Zealand, the United States and Sri Lanka.

Australia won three matches, drew one and lost one.

Conditions were difficult with some games played in temperatures close to 40C.

O’Donohue scored two goals for Australia during the tournament.

It was the second time that the Norths Hockey Club player has represented Australia, having made her debut for her country in New Zealand last year.

In July she was named Player of the Tournament at the Queensland Masters Hockey Championships in Townsville. She was top goal scorer in that tournament, with seven goals.

Next on the hockey calendar for O'Donohue is representing Queensland at the Australian Masters Hockey Championship in Bunbury and Busselton from September 27.
