HIT songs from the 1970s and high energy dance routines promise to delight in musical Disco Inferno, to be performed by Alexandra Hills State High School students.
The show is on for one night only on Friday, October 19 from 7pm.
Tickets are $12 per adult and $8 for children aged between 5 and 12 years, with family passes for two adults and two students priced at $35.
VIPs get in for $25, which includes canapes and drinks from 6pm and a seat in the first two rows.
A school spokeswoman said the musical, which showcased the talent of students in the school’s drama excellence program, told the story of about Jack, who hit the big time in the summer of 1976 after selling her soul to the devil’s associate, Lady Marmalade.
“This year’s musical promises a night of hit songs, high energy dance routines, glitter balls and spinning action,” she said.
“Get ready to hit that floor and burn baby burn."
The musical will be staged at Alexandra Hills State High School’s hall at 3-27 Windermere Road.
