MICHAEL and Erin Lutz always dreamed of sharing their passion of Parisian style pastries and modern sweet and savoury flavours.
Both having been born and raised in the Redlands, having a family and starting a business here was always a solid choice.
It is almost two years since their French inspired bakery and coffee shop, La Bouche Patisserie opened in Cleveland and the pair, now with children Oliver, 7 and Ella, 5, haven’t looked back.
The shop won Most Innovative Business at the 2018 Redland BaR Awards and both Michael and Erin were delighted just to be a part of the successful evening.
“There is a real shift in gear for businesses in the Redlands,” Michael said. “Innovation and the opportunity to make an impact is a game changer and this award could have gone to any one of the finalists. We feel humbled and honoured to be voted the Most Innovative Business.”
French for ‘the mouth’, La Bouche customers are guided through displays of cakes, breads and pastries, highlighting the latest tantalising flavours.
“We have an ever-changing menu featuring seasonal produce, flavour combinations and baking styles that are unique and delicious,” Michael said. “Our ingredients are always chosen on quality before price.”
The Lutz’s would like to thank their parents, staff and customers who support them daily, spreading their name to lovers of fine pastries and coffee.
