THE year starts at Rose Rainbow with the patter of tiny footsteps.
Little eyes peek out from behind mum and dad legs, gazing around the room at the many exciting activities to explore, things to create and learn, and new friends.
School children from Mighty Oaks Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) and Alexandra Hills State School rush in very excited to reconnect with friends and meet new friends, while sharing stories of holidays and making plans with teachers for the upcoming exciting vacation care program.
Rose Rainbow Child Care and Early Learing Centre is located at Alexandra Hills next to St Anthony’s School, where children are supported by experienced, caring educators.
The centre and OSHC are family run under the direction of teachers with many years experience in both early childhood and primary education.
To meet community demand Rose Rainbow is excited to announce that in the next few months care will be offered for babies from six weeks of age.

Another highlight of the year for staff and parents will be a visit from esteemed New Zealand neuroscience educator Nathan Wallis presenting at Capalaba State College in July.
