BAND: A busy year is planned for the Redland city bands.
Redland City Band rehearsals start on January 21 at The Edgar Harley Hall, Smith Street, Cleveland.
New players from all levels and ages can come for a free trial in a range of bands to suit a variety of music styles and ability.
Concerts include the cellar jazz cafe on March 23, a rock night on May 10, a Disney themed concert on July 27 and a concert for seniors week on August 18.
The wind ensemble and concert bands will compete this year in the national band championship taking place at the City Hall from April 18 to 21.
