The music of Elgar, Vaughan Williams, George Butterworth and Frank Bridge will be showcased at An English Affair, being staged at 185 Main Road, Wellington Point at 3pm on Sunday, August 25.
Presented as part of the Classical Point of View series, the concert features vocalists Rosemarie Arthars and David Muller, with Camille Barry on violin, Danielle Bentley on 'cello and Leanne Swanson on piano.
Included in the repertoire is A Shropshire Lad by Butterworth and three of Williams' Songs of Travel. Bridge is represented by some piano trio miniatures and Elgar sonatas on both cello and violin.
