Snow4Kids has partnered with the RSPCA Queensland to bring Snow4Dogs, coming to RSPCA, 139 Wacol Station Rd, Wacol from July 19 to 21.
Dogs will have the opportunity to bathe and rub their noses into a blanket of real snow while socialising with other dogs for a good cause.
Event manager Anne Kowalewski said she was looking forward to extending her Snow4Kids experience to their pets as well.
"Over the years, we've been organising Snow4Kids to create a winter wonderland for families to enjoy and experience the magic of real snow-play, and ever since the beginning, we've been asked to open up this experience for our furry companions," she said.
"We are extremely grateful for all of the support from the community over the years, and this time around, we can't wait to see Brisbane dogs enjoying time in the snow. That's why we partnered with RSPCA Queensland to not only give back to the community but create a memorable experience for the whole family.
"No matter how big or small, your pup will have a great time."
The event is sectioned into two areas to care for smaller and larger dogs.
RSPCA Queensland's Alex Hyndman Hill said that this new experience was going to bring out a different side in every dog.
"Snow4Dogs is a wonderful opportunity to let your pup experience something totally unique," she said.
"While your sun loving pooch is used to all the joys that living in the sunshine state brings this is the perfect opportunity for them to find joy in something new and socialise at the same time."
Tickets are $15 per dog (inclusive of one adult and child or two adults) with all profits going to the RSPCA Queensland and can be purchased online at snow4dogs.com. The event offers 15-minute sessions from 5pm to 9pm on July 19, from 9am to 9pm on July 20 and from 9am to 7pm on July 21. Book on snow4dogs.com
