With more than $20 million in products and new innovation on display, it's going to be a leisure master's dream come true at the Cleveland Showgrounds this weekend.
Everything you will ever need to go boating, camping, caravaning or off road motoring will be showcased at the 2019 Cleveland Caravan, Camping, Boating & 4x4 Expo, ran by specialist event management company Australian Events.
Australian events director Bob Carroll said the expo is a very unique experience in that it is great for tourism, includes a museum, a pro fishing competition and is in school holiday time.
He said the leisure industry was continuing to grow and many changes have occurred leading to a host of new products being launched at this event.
"What we notice is that the people who are buying into the dream have changed. The age of people is dropping and younger families are getting into the experience," he said.
"Now designs are going back to things like the compact bunks and offering the flat screen TV and top of the line cook tops."
There are more than 130 exhibitors representing some 700 different companies and a variety of entertainment will provide enjoyable breaks for visitors.
This includes the Berkley Supertank Fishing Show with Michael 'Cookie' Cooke as he shows spectators what lures to use and how to rig them.
Visitors can learn how can make the very best use of their vehicle's features to safely and confidently explore our wide land at the 44 Skills Track presented by Australian Offroad Academy.
What's more, Ron Wilson, aka "Kingbrown", is one of Australia's most experienced camp oven cooks and he will show visitors how to make the 'perfect buns' in a camp oven.
Visitors to the expo will also be able to experience the award winning Redland Museum with direct access available from within the event.

Friends of the Museum will be serving tea, coffee and homemade fares, plus outside they will have blacksmithing demonstrations and a range of old machinery and tractors operating.
According to Bob, there is a very large boating presence in the Redlands.
"If you take a look around, every second or third yard in the area has a boat in it," he said. "Most keep their leisure experiences within the area as well such as trips over to the islands which helps keep tourism local."
The event will run this Friday, September 20 at 8.30am - 4pm, Saturday, September 21 at 8.30am - 5pm and Sunday, September 22 at 8.30am - 4pm.
