Head to Club Macleay bowls from 7pm on September 14 for Pommie Night.

Recently filmed for a new television show and winner of the best Gold Coast entertainment show, the show features lots of sing-a-longs, costume changes and British comedy.

Favourite tunes include When you're smiling, You are my Sunshine, Hello Hello and Oh you Beautiful Doll. ,

Comedien is Bubble, who at 1.4 metres tall, may lack height, but makes up for this with personality and wicked humour. Bubble has appeared internationally and worked with Benny Hill.

Also featured is David Lee-Jay who has worked with The Fortunes and The Applejacks, worked on pantomimes and cruise ships. Different characters make appearances including The Pearly King and Queen, and Dad's Army.

Since the show started touring, it has travelled more than million kilometres in Australia, New Zealand, UK, and Malaysia. It has had two successful tours of New Zealand, and is already booked for return tours in 2020 as well as a tour of South Africa.

Entry is free. The kitchen is open from 6pm.
