Beatrice Sheehan is running painting workshops once a month starting on Tuesday, March 17, 9.30am to noon on Complementary Colours. Artists can build up skills in a fun and hands-on way. BYO acrylic paints (RICArts has a small supply to share), paper and small and medium brushes. No extra charge.
Inspired by a visit to famous Lismore founding artist Jyllie Jackson's mind-blowing Lantern creations, RICArts is running another "Lantern Making & Decorating workshop". Join us on Saturday, March 14, 9am to noon, at The Farm, Arthouse and Gallery, Russell Island. $10 covers materials and attendance fee. We offer - Monday & Friday - Tutored pottery; Monday - Tutored patchwork; Tuesday - painting in any medium; Wednesday - Craft in any medium; Thursday - Mosaics.
