IS it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it is Redlands' very own coronavirus Superman Lima Laulau.
The Cleveland resident has been dressing as his favourite movie characters and walking the streets with dog Bear in a quest to boost community spirit during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mr Laulau became a cult hero virtually overnight after an image of him dressed in a Star Wars Stormtrooper costume went viral on Facebook last week.
Since then the mental health carer has had people stopping him for selfies, motorists blaring their horns in support as they drive past and even copycat superheroes popping up in other suburbs.
Mr Laulau said he had been inspired to start dressing up after seeing first hand how a small, quirky gesture could make a big difference.

"I saw a guy in costume at an old people's home trying to lift their spirits and thought I could do that walking the streets to brighten people's day," he said.
"The response has been amazing. (It has) all been positive and I've had so many comments about how much it makes everyone smile and really makes their day.
"I get a lot of honks, stares, double takes, U-turns and waves, with the occasional photo."
Mr Laulau walks the same route at the same time every day but as his popularity has grown, so too have the requests for him to venture into other suburbs.
"I plan to do that every now and then to keep the smiles up, as long as the law allows it," he said.
Mr Laulau said the most cherished costumes in his collection were those from the Star Wars movies.
He has so far appeared as Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, a Stormtrooper and brought to life characters from other well-known movies like Spider-Man, Batman and Iron Man.
Even Cleveland business Shakespeare's Wardrobe has proven to be the perfect sidekick, providing Mr Laulau with new costumes to wear on his outings.
