THREE teenagers are being dealt with under the Youth Justice Act after two houses were allegedly broken into at Cardwell Circuit, Thornlands on Friday.
Police allege a vehicle was stolen from one of the properties and later located at Albion.
A 27-year-old man has been charged in relation to the vehicle.
Van found burnt out at Thornlands
POLICE found a Hyundai I Load burnt out at Platres Drive, Thornlands on Saturday after it was allegedly stolen from a Manly property earlier in the day.
Anyone with information or who saw the vehicle with plates 114LYA is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Police catch alleged car thief
THE BAYSIDE CIB have arrested a 24-year-old Logan Central man allegedly involved in the theft of a Toyota Hilux from Manly last week.
Police allege the car was stolen from Peregian Close on Sunday, August 16.
The man was refused bail and appeared in Wynnum Magistrates Court on Monday.
Investigations are ongoing.
