CLEVELAND beauty, Georgia Phillips is one of the faces in the 2020 Australian Maxim magazine cover girl competition... but she is running out of time and needs your vote by Friday.
The 18-year-old is a professional model and is vying for the grand prize of $10,000 including a cover shoot for the magazine and a chance to raise funds for the K2 Adventure Foundation.
"I have been modelling since the age of 13 years and I have worked tirelessly to perfect my craft and now mentor kids and upcoming young models starting out in the industry," she said.
The Maxim Covergirl contest started more than five weeks ago with more than 25,000 contestants worldwide.
The former Carmel College student has made it to the semi-finals and needs to be progress to the grand final where four models will compete against each other.
Georgia has encouraged people to vote for her by offering prizes including accommodation, jewellery, clothing and vouchers.
"Given that this year has been so incredibly tough for many, I didn't feel right asking for outright paid votes. I then came up with the idea to approach companies to see if they would consider a prize donation for me to offer up to my followers," she said.
Every person can vote for free every 24 hours, or the alternative is to purchase adventure votes, which benefit the K2 Foundation.
The K2 Adventure Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that cares for children, adults and families with special needs and or life-changing medical and financial circumstances by providing services, support and funds that will be used for educational and medical enrichment.
