FIRST National Real Estate Cleveland has earned gongs at the company's General Excellence and Marketing Awards.
The awards brought recognition to First National's top 2019 salespeople, property managers and administrators.
The agency, based at Middle Street, was named the sixth top sales office in Australia and earned recognition in the Highest Gain of Property Managements in Australia category.

Personal awards went to Ryan McCann, who was the third ranked residential salesperson in Australia, and Lisa Turner, who was recognised in the Business Development Manager of the Year in Australia category.
First National Cleveland principal Ryan McCann said 2019 had presented a wide range of challenges for the profession.
"The low interest rate environment created strong demand for property throughout 2019, but the volume of property offered for sale was broadly lower, and competition for that business was substantial," he said.
"I'm delighted with my team's 2019 achievements."
Mr McCann said the First National Real Estate GEM Awards were an important event, as they presented an opportunity for members to come together and celebrate their achievements.
He said they were also an opportunity to learn about the systems and processes that enabled their colleagues to perform to the highest standard.
