Redland council sets up sandbag stations at Cleveland and Dunwich

Self-service sandbagging stations are located at: Cleveland - Open until 6:30pm tonight; 7am - 6:30pm Sunday 13 December at Redland City Council South Street Depot.

Council staff and SES will be onsite to help.

Sand, bags and shovels will be supplied.

North Stradbroke Island - Open 24 Hours

Outside the Redland City Council Depot, 11-37 Mitchell Crescent, Dunwich.

Sand and bags supplied. Please take your own shovel.

Russell and Macleay islands: Open 24 hours until Monday. These are self serve.

Please note: enclosed shoes must be worn.

Council reminds residents to check gutters are clear and to secure loose items around the home.
