On December 23 and Christmas Eve, 80 drink drivers and 29 drug drivers were detected throughout the state.
Police are continuing traffic operations over the festive period and are urging people drinking during festive celebrations not to get behind the wheel of a vehicle.
More than 5500 random breath tests were conducted.
The highest reading so far was a 49-year-old man who allegedly returned a breath alcohol concentration of 0.230 per cent, more than four times the legal limit in a residential area in Nambour last Wednesday.
Meanwhile police continue searching for a 38-year-old woman who was reported missing from Capalaba two weeks ago.
Following extensive inquiries and information received as a result of public appeals for information, detectives will continue searching at Nudgee and Capalaba.
The ground search commenced again yesterday off Nudgee Road north of Crockford Road with the assistance of State Emergency Service personnel and the Queensland Police Service (QPS) dive squad.
A search was also carried out around an area near Meldawn Place, Capalaba.
