An 18-year-old man also died when thrown from a 4WD on Ocean Beach at Bribie Island, north of Brisbane.
The Brisbane-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter airlifted a teenage male Sunday afternoon, after he crashed his bike on North Stradbroke Island.
Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics treated the rider for arm and leg injuries, before transporting him to the local hospital helipad, where they met the rescue chopper.
He was then airlifted to the Queensland Children's Hospital, in a stable condition.
Earlier, just after 9.30am, Toowoomba's RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter flew to the Scenic Rim region, to airlift a motorcyclist, who had reportedly collided with two vehicles.
The woman suffered a leg injury and was transported to a nearby park by QAS, where they were met by the aeromedical team.
The rider, in her fifties, was then airlifted to the Gold Coast University Hospital, in a stable condition.
On Saturday, Toowoomba's RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter flew another woman to hospital, after she was injured in a motorcycle crash, also in the Scenic Rim.
Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics at the scene treated the woman for a serious hip injury, before driving her to the waiting rescue chopper.
She was taken to Toowoomba Hospital.
The woman, aged in her fifties, travelled in a stable condition.
At Bribie police reported that a Toyota Hilux rolled about 4.30pm, with the man thrown from the vehicle. The Burpengary man died at the scene.
The driver, also 18, from Beachmere was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Anyone with dashcam or further information about the incident is urged to contact police.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
A motorcyclist in the South Burnett also died.
