A Cleveland dance studio has wowed crowds of more than 500 in Redlands as the hip-hop dance crew for the RedCity Roar basketball home games.
Limited Edition Dance studio owner Soma Karan said her dancers were pulling out all the stops to keep crowds entertained during half time and quarter time breaks.
"We love getting involved with community events, so it's really exciting to be part of building the atmosphere of another fantastic Redlands event," Ms Karan said.
"We are really enjoying seeing the crowd come alive and get involved with the cheering."
At just four years old its a major opportunity for the small studio, and the crew - ranging from ages seven to 22-years old - have been working to give audiences a show.
"It was a big undertaking to arrange costumes and routines in just under two months, but I leapt at the awesome opportunity for our dancers and our small business," Ms Karan said.
"We're also adding routines with props, like pom poms and hula hoops. We love getting creative with new exciting performances for the games and the crowd.
"I'm so proud of our dancers as they have shown so much adaptability, professionalism, and self-confidence at each rehearsal and game. They're building awesome life skills that I know that they'll apply in all areas of life, not just dance," she said.
Limited Edition Dance does not compete in competitions like other studios, instead they work to build self confidence for students.
"We believe that performing is a really important part of building self-confidence through dance, and I have a firm "no dance competitions" philosophy, so it feels great to provide an awesome performance opportunity for our dancers without compromising on that," she said.
Outside the RedCity Roar dance crew, the studio in Cleveland runs classes Tuesday-Friday for kids as young as four, and adults who want to find their groove.
