A WOMAN has been hospitalised after another crash on Mount Cotton Road, while one person was left in a critical condition after an incident at Burbank this morning.
It comes amid a rash of accidents in the Redlands, with two men hospitalised after crashes on Friday last week at Victoria Point and Alexandra Hills.
A woman in her 20s was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with minor injuries after a two-vehicle crash at Mount Cotton during the peak hour rush last night.
Paramedics were called to Mount Cotton Road and Woodlands Drive, near Sirromet Winery, about 5.29pm.
Less than 12 hours later the critical care and high acuity response teams were at the scene of a single-vehicle crash into a tree at Burbank.
One person was said to be in a critical condition after the crash, which was reported on Mount Gravatt Capalaba Road at 4.40am.
Motorists were urged to avoid the area where possible.
Police investigations into the crash are ongoing.
