President Tim Eady said all teams had spots available and the club was hoping to go past 200 players this year.
A sign-on day will be held at Donald Road Sportsfield, Redland Bay from 9am-12pm on Saturday, January 29.
"The club is pushing to add a third men's team this season, while looking to add our first ever ladies team," Eady said.
"Spots are still available across all ages from our U8s to U16s for our junior teams, and also in our men and women teams for players 16 and over."
Redland City has been successful across its first few seasons, winning the Football Brisbane Club of the Year award in 2021 and having the men's QIF side take out the premiership in the same year.
Eady said winning praise was an amazing achievement and recognition of the committee's efforts in establishing the club over the past two years.
"It also goes a long way to show what a successful, fun, friendly, community based club we are," he said.
Training for men's and women's sides has already kicked-off ahead of the 2022 season.
Eady said prospective players could look at the club's Facebook page for training times.
"Come down, have a run and meet some new friends," he said.
Redland City FC had 150 players during the 2021 season, up from 80 the year before, despite COVID's ongoing presence.
Sign-on is also available online by visiting redlandcityfc.com.au.
