The sole survivor of a multi-vehicle crash that claimed three lives in Queensland has been charged with six more offences relating to an alleged carjacking.

Rafferty Rolfe, 25, of Yandina, is accused of following and attempting to ram a Nissan Navara, which veered onto the wrong side of the road at Federal, south of Gympie, and into the path of an oncoming Great Wall utility on Friday.
The 65-year-old male driver of the Navara and a 25-year-old female passenger died in the crash, along with the 38-year-old woman driving the Great Wall.
Rolfe was in a relationship with a 25-year-old woman who died in the pile-up and homicide detectives are investigating the crash.
Two victims have been named by multiple media outlets as Gypsy Satterley, 25, and Jessica Townley, 38.
The third victim on Monday was identified as Terry Bishop, a retired resident of Hay Point in Mackay and a former long-term resident of Northgate in Brisbane.
Mr Bishop had been on his way to a wedding at the time of the tragedy, his family said in a statement.
"He leaves behind a wife, daughter, son and five young grandchildren who all loved him dearly," the family said.
"Our family is absolutely devastated, he is a man that would always go out of his way to help anyone in need."
Rolfe, allegedly behind the wheel of the stolen car, was taken to hospital with serious head injuries.
Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Monday held a mention for Rolfe's case.
Rolfe was charged with armed robbery with actual violence, dangerous operation of a vehicle, unlawful possession of a motor vehicle with intent to deprive, stealing, evasion and driving without a licence while disqualified as a repeat offender.
The defendant, who remains in Sunshine Coast University Hospital under police guard, did not appear in court.
Rolfe allegedly stole an Isuzu MU-X SUV in Gympie's main street 12 hours before the fatal crash by threatening a mother and three children at knifepoint.
Queensland Police later spotted the stolen car but the driver refused to stop and escaped.
It was not being pursued at the time of the three-vehicle collision.
The case has been adjourned until Thursday.
