WANT to find out about home security, internet safety, road rules and more from police?
Why not join them for a free coffee at either Capalaba or Redland Bay.
Three Coffee with a Cop events have been organised to take place across the next month, including one at Capalaba Park Shopping Centre’s Coffee Club cafe on Monday.
Redland Bay police station Senior Sergeant Stephen Graham said Coffee with a Cop events were a great way to connect with police.
“This is a great opportunity to chat with your local cops and discuss community issues,” he said.
Senior Sergeant Graham said he and his team would be at Redland Bay Marina’s Jetty Coffee Co on Wednesday, February 20 between 9am and 11am.
He said police would be available to talk about Queensland Police Service’s role in combating illegal drug use in the Redlands community.
Volunteers in Policing and Crime Stoppers would also be there to give out information.
