The teenager was stopped by police on Benfer Road about 1am on Sunday.
She was also charged with driving unaccompanied and driving without her car lights on.
A 23-year-old Alexandra Hills man was charged with drink-driving after a car crashed into a electricity pole on Allenby Road.
The incident happened about 10.20pm on Friday.
Police will allege in court that the man recorded a blood alcohol concentration of 0.098 per cent.
A 56-year-old man from Victoria Point was pulled over by police on Colburn Avenue about 9.45pm on Friday.
Police charged him with drink-driving and will allege that he recorded a blood alcohol concentration of 0.106 per cent.
