Shoppers who make an eligible purchase from August 3 to 30 will receive a scratch card that contains either a dollar amount, to be donated directly to a school, or a prize.
Schools will share in $10,000 cash while customers will be rewarded with more than $30,000 in prizes, including the chance to win a weekend stay for four at Gold Coast's Sea World Resort.
Centre manager Jamie Sneyd said supporting local schools remained a strong focus for the shopping centre.
"With the last few months proving significantly challenging for us all, we have sharpened our support to help all schools walk away with much needed funds and also reward our loyal customers," he said.
"We hope the community get a great deal of satisfaction supporting our school community and also enjoy the instant win and discounts available in this year's Earn, Learn and Win competition."
The competition begins as Coles supermarkets at Victoria Point and Cleveland wind down their Prince Charles Hospital fundraiser.
Shoppers could purchase a $2 donation card before July 28 to help the curing homesickness initiative, which brings children's hospitals from across Australia together to get sick kids home sooner or make their hospital stay easier.
