Shortlisted companies have been invited to tender for the project after an open market expression of interest process was finalised in August.

Minister for Health Yvette D'Ath said the invitation to offer release was an exciting milestone for the project, which will deliver a multi-level car park for patients, visitors and staff.
"With more than 700 new car parks on the way, this project will have a huge range of benefits," she said.
In June last year, former Health Minister Steven Miles said the hospital would receive a long-awaited facelift, with the state and federal governments tipping in more than $50 million to build a five-level car park.
The car park will have 713 parks, bringing the number spaces at the hospital to 1162.
It is set to be built in the north-west corner of the facility behind the existing buildings and would include features such as solar panels, a water tank, bike spaces, showers and lockers.
Redlands MP Kim Richards said the project was great news for the construction industry, with the project expected to create up to 74 jobs.
"Supporting local jobs is a key part of helping Queensland's economy recover from the coronavirus pandemic," she said.
Springwood MP Mick de Brenni said that he was thrilled to see the project progressing, following the completion of the $1.73 million Emergency Department short stay and birthing unit expansion projects in 2020.
"Planning has also kicked off for stage one - a $62 million expansion - which will deliver critical care closer to home, with a new six-bed Intensive Care Unit and a 32-bed ward," he said.
Capalaba MP Don Brown said that the multi-level car park is due for completion in early 2022.
