It comes a month after Redlands MP Kim Richards told the house a fake Facebook and email account had been used to launch a smear campaign against Redland Cr Lance Hewlett's wife during the 2020 election campaign.
Ms Richards told Parliament the fake accounts - listed under the alias Scarlett Rivers - had been used to send messages to Mrs Hewlett's kindergarten employer, claiming she had posted unauthorised images of students.
She said the IP address of the computer used to create the fake profiles had been traced back to Cr McKenzie's home.

Mr Brown told Parliament this week that he had received a concerns notice from Cr McKenzie's lawyers after sharing on social media a news story covering the issue.
"Since that brave contribution by the member for Redlands, Cr McKenzie has been very quiet, refusing to answer any of the media's questions about this incident," he said.
"Just for sharing a news story regarding her integrity to the community that we both represent, Cr McKenzie decided to bully me into silence through her lawyers and demand $2000.
"In response, I say to Cr McKenzie 'bring it on, bring it on'."
The Redland City Bulletin has tried to contact Cr McKenzie by phone, text and email but she did not respond.
Mr Brown said Cr McKenzie was also pursuing legal action against David Curtin, who ran in the 2020 council election, and protest group Redlands2030.
He told Parliament that they too had shared the article.
"I know Cr McKenzie has only been in the job a year, but does she seriously think she can sue every Redlands resident just for sharing a bad news story about her?" Mr Brown said.
"She refused to cooperate with police and answer their questions.
"She refused to answer any questions put to her by the media to defend herself with regard to this awful incident that has taken Redland's politics to a new low.
"I highly doubt she will answer any questions from my QC when he cross-examines her in court."
Documents tabled in Parliament in February by Ms Richards showed Cr McKenzie did not respond to police questions relating to a stalking complaint made by Mrs Hewlett. No charges were laid.
Mr Brown told Parliament the three parties who had received notices from Cr McKenzie's lawyers would not pay.
"Cr McKenzie, instead of bullying ratepayers behind lawyers and trying to make thousands of dollars out of Redlands' ratepayers due to your wrongdoings, how about you fess up to your crime and resign," he said.
