TWO people have been arrested and charged with multiple offences, including weapon and explosive possession, after a car robbery at Alexandra Hills on Sunday.
Police allege a man and teenage girl were travelling in the victim's car about 10.50am when they stopped on Teesdale Road.
The man fired a gun, shattering the driver's side window before the pair made off with the car. It was later found at Logan.
The Bayside Criminal Investigation Branch investigated the matter and found the pair at a Hemmant address.
A search warrant uncovered a firearm and other evidence.

A 24-year-old Redbank man and 17-year-old Manly West woman were arrested and charged with multiple offences.
They include armed robbery, weapon possession (category H), explosive possession, three counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and stealing.
The woman was also charged with drug offences.
Both were denied bail and appeared in court on July 22.
