The government hopes tradies, renovators and DIY shoppers will come forward to get vaccinated at the hubs.
Victoria Point is one of five Bunnings stores in the Metro South Health region to offer jabs this weekend, with Bethania and Browns Plains in Logan also open for walk-ins.
More than two-dozen vaccine hubs will pop-up at Bunnings stores over the weekend, including at rural locations like Bundaberg and Rockhampton.
It comes as the state passes a vaccine milestone, with 52.6 per cent of Queenslanders now fully vaccinated.

Health Minister Yvette D'Ath urged those who were yet to receive their jab to visit a Bunnings clinic.
"Following the success of the pop-up vaccination clinics at 18 high schools last weekend, we're branching out to offer access to the vaccine where Queenslanders already are," she said.
"So not only can you get the vaccine at established Queensland Health vaccination centres, GPs, pharmacies and outreach clinics, you will also be able to get your jab at one of 33 Bunnings stores this weekend."
Ms D'Ath said now was a critical time to get vaccinated.
"We have the supply, we have the capacity and we want people to come and get vaccinated now," she said.
Bunnings Managing Director Mike Schneider hoped the hubs, to be set up in 33 Bunnings car parks across the state, would make getting vaccinated as easy as picking up supplies for a weekend DIY project.
"We've always tried to play an active role supporting the local communities where we operate, so providing space to Queensland Health to accelerate the vaccination rollout just makes sense," he said.
"Like everyone, we can't wait to see the whole community protected so we can all get back to doing the things we love."
