The MAX Disability Employment Services team in Capalaba has received a five-star rating from the Australian government, the highest achievable rating, for their work in the community.
The star ratings measure how well providers are performing in placing people in sustainable employment.
Disability employment services are available to people with disability, injury, or health condition to support them as they look for work and keep a job.

And while the NDIS provides multiple types of support, this service is specific to finding employment for individuals.
MAX Solutions managing director Deborah Homewood said the Capalaba site was achieving results helping people with disability move into work.
"Our team is making a real difference to the lives of the people in the area who have a range of different circumstances, backgrounds, and cultures," she said.
She said the team focused on providing people with the skills they needed to be ready to work and get a job.
"Ensuring we partner with industry and employers to get our customers skilled up for the right jobs in the right locations is key to our success.
"There is nothing more important than giving people the opportunity to secure a job that they can be proud of," Ms. Homewood said.
